Registration Information
Please read these points and then download the registration form below:

Complete registration form with as much detail about the person you are looking for as possible. Include any special requirements/ interests of the children.

Send completed form to GEMS with your registration fee of £25 + VAT (£29.38) - CVs will only be sent to you on receipt of your registration fee.

GEMS will then confirm with you receipt of your requirements and discuss any other details if required. GEMS will then begin file search to find suitable matches according to your requirements.

You will be informed of suitable candidates by phone and details (CVs) will be sent to you by post for your perusal.

If you wish to meet any of the candidates (or all of them) GEMS will arrange interviews at your convenience.

If after interviews, you are happy with a particular person and you wish to employ that person, you advise GEMS and we confirm details to both parties.

If after interview, you don't like any of the candidates let us know and we will continue to search for a suitable person.

Once you have agreed on a start date and once the Nanny has started work with you GEMS will send you a one-off placement fee invoice. (according to terms and conditions)
